• Marketing Automation

Specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to websites, accounts, and platforms
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in activities that could harm our reputation or services

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in service agreements

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• Client retains ownership of their existing intellectual property
• Work products created specifically for clients become client property upon full payment
• Vertex Web Strategy retains rights to general methodologies and know-how
• Third-party tools and platforms remain property of their respective owners

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information and data
• Marketing strategies and campaigns
• Financial information and performance metrics
• Any information marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns
• Client assumes responsibility for compliance with applicable laws

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately for non-payment after notice period

Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of services rendered and expenses incurred.

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation as the first step
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as the final step

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Copy or distribute content without permission

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
